Nutrition for Your Whole Life™ Weight Management begins with two counseling sessions:

  • 60 minute Initial Assessment/Strategy Session
  • 45 Minute Follow-Up Session detailing your customized nutritional program.

Follow-up 30 Minute Nutrition for Your Whole Life™ Weight Management counseling sessions include:

  • Weigh-ins (weight only)*
  • Review of your food diary
  • Monitoring your progress
  • Fine-tuning your program if needed
  • Continuing education about healthy eating and lifestyle
  • Ongoing coaching and support

*Complete body composition assessment to verify the loss of fat, and maintenance or increase of lean body mass is retested on a monthly basis.


Your personal goals and lifestyle will determine how quickly you’ll see results. While you will begin seeing changes in your body composition in the first few weeks of your program, it isn’t possible to create lasting change in such a short amount of time. Reshaping body composition, behavior, and lifestyle takes a commitment of time and effort.
