60 minute Initial Assessment/Strategy Session
45 Minute Follow-Up Session detailing your customized nutritional program.
Follow-up 30 Minute Nutrition for Your Whole Life™ Weight Management counseling sessions include:

Review of your food diary
Monitoring your progress
Fine-tuning your program if needed
Continuing education about healthy eating and lifestyle

*Complete body composition assessment to verify the loss of fat, and maintenance or increase of lean body mass is retested on a monthly basis.
