I can truthfully say that I am no longer a slave to pasta and garlic bread. This has not only helped me in losing 23 pounds but is also helping me feel better overall.

Earlier today I was getting my lunch in my company café when someone mentioned that I always eat such healthy lunches. I told her that 9 months ago she would have thought just the opposite of me. If you are committed to losing weight and changing your eating habits, by eating well without depriving yourself, I can only think of one person to recommend and she is Carol Casalino.

I am 68 years old, 5’ 2” and I weigh 139 pounds. I wear a size 6 in slacks and a size 8 top. I have been the same weight for the last 2 1/2 years and have never been happier.

In July of 2004, I weighed 167 pounds and had been that weight for about 10 years. I struggled to diet and would lose no more than 5 lbs. During periods of dieting I also would have mood swings and high and low sugar reactions, causing me to feel weak and as if I would faint.
