I can
truthfully say that I am no longer a slave to pasta and garlic bread.
This has not only helped me in losing 23 pounds but is also helping me
feel better overall.
Earlier
today I was getting my lunch in my company café when someone mentioned
that I always eat such healthy lunches. I told her that 9 months ago
she would have thought just the opposite of me. I credited my
relationship with you for making all the difference for me. If it
weren’t for you I would still be making all the wrong food choices.
I
also find, as you said I would, that I don’t crave a lot of the “bad”
things I used to eat. I make good choices without giving it too much
thought. Granted I’m not making good choices 100% of the time but I can
truthfully say that I am no longer a slave to pasta and garlic bread.
This has not only helped me in losing 23 pounds but is also helping me
feel better overall.
So
I wanted to thank you for your help in getting me to this point; a
point where people actually stop me and comment on my eating habits.
Who would’ve thunk?
I look forward to continuing our sessions and learning more about “thriving” and not just eating.

If
you are committed to losing weight and changing your eating habits, by
eating well without depriving yourself, I can only think of one person
to recommend and she is Carol Casalino.
I
am 68 years old, 5’ 2” and I weigh 139 pounds. I wear a size 6 in
slacks and a size 8 top. I have been the same weight for the last 2 1/2
years and have never been happier.
In
July of 2004, I weighed 167 pounds and had been that weight for about
10 years. I struggled to diet and would lose no more than 5 lbs. During
periods of dieting I also would have mood swings and high and low sugar
reactions, causing me to feel weak and as if I would faint. Through a
friend who had gone to see Carol and successfully lost 20 pounds, I
decided to make an appointment to see if I could experience the same
results. I went and after a consultation and review of my daily food
intake, she helped me monitor the type of food and the amount consumed
on a daily basis. After several visits and within a period of four
months I lost over 30 pounds and my weight dropped to 137 pounds. I no
longer had any of the previous negative reactions I had had when
dieting. I was thrilled. While I was losing weight I started to go to
the gym three times a week. I also decided to sign up with a trainer to
maintain my newly found weight. Today I can happily say I have a very
toned body.
Since
meeting Carol, there has been a great improvement in my appearance and
tremendous increase in my energy level. I am in the fashion business
and appearance is a great asset. Along the way many people were
impressed by my success and asked what the name of my nutritionist was.
To be exact there were about 15 people I directed to Carol’s care. To
Carol’s credit they too were able to reach their goals.
If
you are committed to losing weight and changing your eating habits, by
eating well without depriving yourself, I can only think of one person
to recommend and she is Carol Casalino.

Carol’s advice has made a big difference in my life. I am grateful to her for helping me back to renewed health.
I
consulted Carol Casalino for several conditions when my doctors were
unable to help me. My doctor referred me to Carol when all else failed.
For
months I suffered from severe abdominal pain that disturbed my sleep
and made it difficult for me to function normally. Through nutrition
counseling Carol helped me alleviate the pain that was caused by stress
and a poor diet. Carol taught me about vitamins and supplements, the
benefits of yogurt and probiotics for a healthy digestive system, how
the right diet, vitamins and supplements can improve your mood, energy
level and much more.
I
also consulted Carol when I experienced menopausal symptoms and
osteopenia. The supplements she recommended helped me regain my ability
to focus and I am feeling much stronger.
Carol’s advice has made a big difference in my life. I am grateful to her for helping me back to renewed health.

Thank you so much. You have changed my life and I will be thanking you for it when I am watching my grandchildren grow up!
It has been absolutely wonderful working with you over the last eight months. I came to meet you for the first time two days before my 26th birthday because I realized that what I thought was ‘healthy eating’ was not delivering the results I wanted. I realized it was time to make health a priority in my life and to learn how to sustain health and fitness as I get older.
The information you provided in your notebook was eye opening. You have a method that clearly lays out how to contrast your meals as well as the reasons behind it. The food lists make it easy to come up with creative meals and to make sure to have variety in my diet. Plus the other nuggets of wisdom in there are invaluable.
The best thing about working with you is that you really held me accountable for my choices. By encouraging me to write down what I am eating we were able to have extremely valuable conversations of where I was making good decisions and where and when I was making unfavorable choices. It was this accountability that really helped me learn how to make positive food choices. I appreciate the most the extra attention you gave me every week when I lost sight of the over all goal.
With your help I was able to regain my self confidence and body image. I still have some work to do but with your help I was able to provide my body with the right fuel to complete a biathlon, two triathlons, and I am looking forward to my first half marathon.
Thank you so much. You have changed my life and I will be thanking you for it when I am watching my grandchildren grow up!

Exercise, good healthy food – organic, are all part of my life now!
Carol’s program
is all inclusive. She deals not only with weight loss but with total
health. She worked with me to develop a natural way to deal with a
painful digestive problem that no one had found a solution to. She
helped me keep on target and keep up the diet by coming up with things
I could add to make the diet more fun.
