Nutritional Counseling – What to Expect

Each woman’s nutritional needs, health issues, and lifestyle are as unique as her fingerprints – what’s right for someone else may not be right for you. Therefore, Carol will ask a lot of questions! Our collaboration during the counseling process will help determine the best nutritional and lifestyle course of action for you. Recommendations based on this information will enable you to begin making healthier, informed choices immediately.

Nutrition for Your Whole Life™ Wellness and Weight Management begin with a 60 minute Initial Assessment/Strategy Session and a 45 minute Follow-Up Session detailing your customized nutritional program.

60 Minute Initial Assessment/Strategy Session includes:

  • Medical and Family Health History Review

Follow-up sessions will be scheduled based on your progress and personal goals. Because making changes in nutrition and lifestyle is an ongoing process, follow-up sessions are highly recommended. Follow-up sessions may be scheduled as single sessions or in 4, 6 or 12 session packages.
